Important

The submission of a representation does not exempt an offender to appear in Court on the specified Court date. It is therefore important that inquiry should be done in person or telephonically about such representation at least two working days prior to the court date.

Failure to appear in Court will result in issuing a warrant of arrest. Warrant of arrest include an additional amount of R150-00 of contempt of Court apart from the fine amount.
