26 April 2011 - The Executive Mayor of the Emfuleni Local Municipality, Councillor Sithole Assistance Mshudulu, will deliver his budget speech during the last Council Sitting for the current term. The Executive Mayor’s speech will focus, among others, on the Municipality’s achievements and challenges in the last five years.

Members of the media are invited to attend and give coverage to the Council Sitting which will be as follows:
