This cluster is responsible for inter-alia the following:

• Lead and manage the provision of basic services within ELM. Provide operations and maintenance support in the provision of basic services across the Municipality.
• Develop and monitoring Service Level Agreements and other service delivery contracts in conjunction with relevant line management, external contractors and other key stakeholders.
• Report on risks pertaining to basic service delivery, and recommend remedial actions.
• Provide Council and the MM with relevant data and information pertaining to service delivery programmes’ status, challenges and opportunities.
